Advantages of Using the Public Access Link (PAL)

The Public Access Link (PAL) allows public users to connect directly with the TxDMV. You can create an account in PAL. This account will allow you to submit Public Information Act requests, track the statuses of requests, and download documents directly from your account.  Once you have created an account, you can login and use it for future requests.  You may also receive notifications via email regarding the status of the response to your request.  Your PAL account is private and secure with your own unique login ID and password.
